Fermentation Farm Reduced Hours and Friendly Reminders

569

Reduced Hours: Daily 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Starting Friday, 4/3)
To further assist with their social distancing efforts, Fermentation Farm will be temporarily reducing our hours for the safety of their community and the safety of their employees. They will be using this additional closed time to increase their sanitizing efforts to ensure the protection of every customer who walks through the door. They will be designating a special half-hour of business, 9:30 a.m. to 10 a.m., to our seniors, immunocompromised, and pregnant customers.

Limits
Limits have been implemented on certain items to help ensure more members are able to access the merchandise they want and need. Their staff is working around the clock to ensure the availability of our in-demand products and everyday favorites. If you are looking for a specific product they still recommend calling ahead to check the stock prior to coming over.

Social Distancing
They are still only allowing 5 members inside our shop at one time. Additional members will form a line outside of our shop, keeping at least 6 feet of distance between each member. They will have cones set up for this purpose.

Glass Returns
They will still be accepting bottle and jar returns, but will have a special receptacle for them to be placed in rather than placing them on their counter. Please remember to remove the lids and wash the glass or they will not accept them.

Growler Refills
If you bring in your growler to be refilled with kombucha, jun, or soda, they will be sending it through a longer sanitizing process prior to filling it. This may take an additional 5-10 minutes based on how busy they are, so please be patient with staff during this time.

Egg Cartons
They are no longer accepting egg cartons of any kind for egg refills. All egg requests will now be given in a new carton or flat. They apologize for the inconvenience.
