Five Crowns Renovation

484

Exciting changes are coming to Five Crowns this spring. On Sunday, March 20, the restaurant will close after dinner service, with a re-opening scheduled for mid-April. During the closure, the restaurant’s interior will be remodeled; the warmth and authenticity for which it is known will remain. Five Crowns will take a fresh approach to its tradition of excellent food and service under the leadership of the new Executive Chef Ryan O’Melveny Wilson. Ryan, a fourth generation member of the Frank family, the restaurant’s owners and operators, will usher in a new chapter in the long history of North America’s most authentic replica of an English country inn.

The popular gastropub, SideDoor, which shares the same building with a separate entrance on Poppy Street, will remain open during the remodel. It continues to offer the outstanding food, drink and hospitality that have earned it wide recognition and acclaim.
