Flight Bistro and Social Lounge has arrived in Huntington Beach at the corner of Adams and Beach Boulevard. The decor includes ocean colors- light blues and grays- and accents of yellow and red; this helps to create a welcoming and relaxing ambience. The Owner Stephen Chu describes the new destination as contemporary American cuisine incorporating Asian and Italian influences. The delicious menu was conceived by Executive Chef John Gladish formerly of N9NE Steakhouse and Charlie Trotters in Chicago, in addition to the San Diego Hilton and the Regent Beverly Wilshire. The self-inspired chef describes his culinary style as, “very clean, yet built on a classical foundation. I allow the elements within each dish to stand out by using four or five top-quality ingredients that complement each other.”
