FMC Corporation announced today that it will attend the Institute of Food Technologists (IFT) Annual Meeting & Food Expo from July 13 – July 16 in Chicago, Ill., marking the first time FMC will present its pectin and natural color products at the IFT.
As part of FMC’s participation, research scientist Mike Cammarata will present “Two Formulation Approaches to Replace Sulfite Ammonia Caramel,” a sensory science poster in the Product Development Division. The FMC BioPolymer team will be located at Booth #2390.
