This year, the South Beach Wine & Food Festival will honor the achievements of Union Square Hospitality Group CEO Danny Meyer and Caymus Vineyards owner and winemaker Chuck Wagner at its exquisite Tribute Dinner with Master of Ceremonies Jonathan Tisch presented by Bank of America. This exquisite evening will feature the highest quality dishes from multiple chefs representing Union Square Hospitality Group’s successful roster of restaurants; which will be paired with the finest wines from the Wagner family of wines. Past Festival honorees include the Robert Mondavi Family, Ferran Adriá, Eric Ripert, Jean-Georges Vongerichten, Emeril Lagasse, Daniel Boulud, Alain Ducasse, Charlie Trotter, Marchese Piero Antinori, Mr. and Mrs. Jose Ferrer Sala, Christophe Navarre, Alice Waters, Jamie Oliver and Martha Stewart.
