The seasonal selection comprises exotic concoctions that promise to transport you to a tropical paradise. These lip quenching elixirs offered at $12 can be enjoyed inside The Veranda Restaurant or outside amidst the stunning ocean views. The new featured cocktails, include:
Paradise: Absolut Vodka, Malibu Rum, Cranberry and Pineapple juices, with just a hint of Peach Schnapps.
Pacific Sunset: Served in a Tiki Glass, three different types of rum, with fresh orange and pineapple juice, splash of grenadine.
Ocean Spray: Tequila, fresh orange juice, pineapple juice and splash of Sprite.
The Mermaid: HPNOTIQ liqueur, Absolut Vodka and pineapple juice served up.
An iconic ocean front dining destination for over 80 years, The Georgian Hotel’s Veranda Restaurant gets a new look this summer while maintaining its glamorous art deco allure.New color palate, flooring, seating, lighting and accordion glass windows will be completed by July making the Veranda Restaurant a perennial destination for locals and travelers.
The new Summertime Elixir Menu will be available starting June 10.
