The Collective, a unique tasting lounge that features one of a kind, handmadeboutique wines, will celebrate its grand opening on Oct. 2 from noon to midnight. The public is invited to come experience the ambience of the tasting room, as well as taste wines created by local Temecula micro-wineries. The Collective, located in historic Old Towne Temecula, is open five days a week to the public and features an intimate bookcase lined Library Lounge for meetings and special events. There is also a $12 wine tasting that offers a balance of six different red and white wines, as well as, glasses and bottles for less than $30.
“We have tried to make the Collective as comfortable and functional as possible,” said Jonathan Feidner, tasting room manager. “We are one of the few places in Wine Country where you can actually sit down and taste small lot, limited production wines from Woodworth, Middle Ridge,Vista Las Estrellas and Fazeli wineries.”
The Collective is located at 28544 Front Street, Temecula, CA 92590, next door to the Edge restaurant.
