Schoos has had a long-standing relationship with Enlightened Hospitality Group, previously designing each Searsucker location (San Diego, Scottsdale, Austin and Del Mar) as well as the original Herringbone in La Jolla. With an impressive portfolio that also includes Tao in Las Vegas, Koi in West Hollywood and Morimoto in Mexico City, Schoos is excited to bring back the dazzling personality of old Hollywood mixed with fanciful details at Herringbone L.A., slated to open late 2013.
