CLASS kitchen is a new pop-up restaurant that offers an exceptional dining experience from a dedicated staff of eager culinary students. Serving a Modern American, 4-course prixe-fixe menu created by Southern California’s most promising young chefs, each course features several selections so that every patron can enjoy their own experience.
The dream of co-owners Austin January & Noah Rosen, CLASS kitchen’s culinary staff is comprised of talented student chefs from the Orange County School of the Arts (OCSA) conservatory of Culinary Arts and Hospitality. All additional staff are also current students at OCSA specializing in a wide variety of disciplines: Instrumental Music, Visual Arts, Classical Voice, Integrated Arts, Film and Television. This broad array of passions and knowledge contributes to CLASS kitchen’s unique success as a completely student run venture. Learn more about the dream and the students by visiting classkitchen.info
