Jennifer Minichiello, local Chef Instructor at the Art Institute in Orange County, recently passed the written portion of her CEC exam, making her an official Certified Executive Chef. Minicheiello will now be running the new shift at the restaurant 50 Forks at the Art Institute – Santa Ana run by students at the institute.
