This week Ron is busy preparing Italian Braised Angus Chuck with Rich Beef Jus, lots of Garlic, Tomatoes, Peppers, Olives and Fresh Herbs. Served with Pasta and Garlic Bread, the menu below will also be offered.
Head to Prima Cut Café on Thursday’s and sample their already famous Sourdough Pizza, a great Antipasto Starter and a Caesar Salad! The Salmon Putanesca and Braised Italian Beef will make you say Grazie on your way out!
