La Cachette Bistro New Dining Concept Kicks Off On New Year’s Eve

Jean Francois Meteigner has plans for the New Year…and new plans for La Cachette Bistro’s menu concept:

OUT: White Tablecloths, White Wait staff Shirts

IN: French-influenced Petite Tapas Plates

All day, all night’¦casual creative dining’¦wood top tables in dining room.

Prices for the Petite Plates French inspired Tapas menu will range from $4 – $13 for appetizers and main courses from $13 – $24. Diners will be able to create their own taste experience based upon their palates and their budget. Pitchers of Sangria, Margaritas and Mojitos, which yield about 5-6 glasses, will be $24 per pitcher. There will also be a special “Cocktail Pitcher of the Day . A Chef’s Choice “Ten Petite Plate Dinner” will be available for $70…or $7 per plate.

The new Petite Plates concept will kick-off on New Year’s Eve…a casual evening with the new menu being served from 6pm until closing. A DJ will perform throughout the night. Dinner will stop being served at Midnight but desserts, coffees and drinks will be served until 2pm.

Look for some interior changes such as dark velvet drapes and darker walls to create a feeling of total emersion in the bar-lounge area. The wood tables will take center stage in the dining room

“It’s a different world out there now”, says Jean Francois. “People want casual dining, they want to dine out for less and still have a creative meal and a good time. This is what we plan on doing. Out with the old style, in with the new”.

La Cachette will be taking reservations for New Year’s and there will also be a New Year’s Eve Cocktail menu to compliment the Petite Plates menu. For more information please visit www.lacachettebistro.com or call 310.434.9509
