The third and final phase of updates at Las Brisas reveals an updated look while keeping the charm and romantic feeling of the landmark restaurant. Updates include:
- Bew chairs with wood and bamboo touches
- New wood flooring throughout the dining rooms
- Updated wood beam details on the ceilings
Further innovating Las Brisas’ Mexican-inspired, sea-to-table culinary programing, Executive General Manger Michael Gaines introduced several new dishes and updates to the menu. New menu highlights include:
- An added “For Two” section on the lunch and dinner menus with indulgent offerings to share including Maine Lobster (3.5 – 4 lb.) and Dry-Aged Prime Ribeye (28 oz)
- Unique iterations of tostada appetizers including a Calamari Ceviche
- Tostada, Boquerones Tostada, and Spicy Tuna Tostada
- Elevated taco menu including Crispy Chicken, Maitake Mushroom, and Pork Belly tacos
- Entrees including Mediterranean Branzino seared on the plancha and served with piperade, white beans, and olives; Butter Poached Lobster with potato-chile gratin and corn; and Filet of Beef with mole-potato puree and charred scallions
