Mucho Ultima Mexicana, located in Manhattan Beach, California, has recently expanded their private events program by offering guests the option of having a Fiesta Taco Cart at their next catered event. The cart gives party throwers a delicious and fun way of giving guests a taste of Mexico for as little as $20 per person (with a minimum $750 order).
“Our gourmet street tacos are extremely popular,” says Manager of Mucho Ultima Mexicana,Javier Leon. “We get a lot of large takeout orders for tacos and they are highly requested for full-service catering, so we introduced our Fiesta Taco Cart to showcase them in a fun way.”
Those interested in the restaurants taco cart can choose from five varieties of tacos: fire-grilled filet mignon, tender carnitas, red pepper potato, crispy Baja fish, or flame-roasted chicken tacos. You can also pick your choice of one salad (Baja Caesar, Mexican Cobb, or Mucho’s house salad) and two side dishes (Mucho’s Peruvian white beans, black beans, jalapeno potato gratin, chipotle mac’n cheese, California red chile three cheese enchiladas, or red or green rice).
Chips, house made salsas, sour cream, grilled corn relish, guacamole, pico de gallo, Cojita cheese, as well as other accompaniments are including with the catering service, including plates and other utensils. Additional products can be added too, like Mucho’s tasty mini-churros.
