National Nurses Week in Orange County

Celebrating the last day of National Nurses Week brings together the true American community spirit in the COVID-19 epicenter of Orange County–Anaheim. Family-owned local bakery and cafe, Pandor® Artisan Bakery & Cafe honored nurses, and many other businesses together made a positive impact as well.

180 nurses from Anaheim Regional Medical Center and Anaheim Global Medical Center shared their stories of being on the frontline and what it means to them to be part of true American community spirit.

STC Anaheim GardenWalk was a sponsor to the event which was able to pay for the 180 lunches provided by Pandor. Baseball tickets were also donated for nurses and their loved ones to enjoy a Los Angeles Angels baseball game during the 2021 season.

“Pandor is a family-owned small neighborhood business that serves our community with love, and it has truly been a struggle during this lockdown,” Tiffany Sepetjian, co-owner Pandor, said. “But there’s always a ray of light and by bringing entities all together like today, to create a win-win for everyone while supporting our nurses brings tears of joy to my eyes.”
