Shannon Olvera has only been on the job for a few weeks, but the new executive chef at the DoubleTree by Hilton Irvine Spectrum is already simmering with success. With more than a decade of experience, Olvera brings her California fusion with a touch of Asian flavor mix to the DoubleTree, providing guests and locals with unforgettable dishes. Calling upon her Hawaiian roots, Olvera who was born and raised in Oahu, HI uses a lot of farm fresh ingredients, as well as different spices and flavors in her dishes.
