NickCo Hospitality Group, the hospitality division of The Nickoloff Companies will be opening their first project, Nick’s, in Laguna Beach this summer. Following closely behind will be the second Nick’s location, set to open in San Clemente in early 2009. Nick’s restaurants will present a relaxed environment along with classic American fare. You guessed it, the principles of NickCo include industry veterans with over 100 years of combined hospitality experience – Craig Nickoloff, Nick Nickoloff, Brian Harrington, Scott McIntosh and Amy Spector Nickoloff.
