What: Every night from 6:00 to 10:00 p.m., pianist Charlie Sleeth and other musical entertainers, including Nicholas Cole, Jim Roberts and Diana Li, will entertain diners and bar guests with contemporary eclectic favorites performed at the restaurant’s large circular piano bar. While enjoying signature flatbreads or fresh seasonal entrees; while sipping the ever-popular Organic Sunshine Martini or a glass of wine from the award-winning international wine list, the piano bar promises to be a meet and greet spot, a destination for weary shoppers and a romantic getaway for locals and tourists to this premier shopping destination.

WHO: Lead pianist Charlie Sleeth has performed his vast repertory of contemporary hits in noted piano bars in London and Manhattan, to galas in Monte Carlo, Paris and Cancun, as well as on excursions on the Orient Express and Princess Cruise Lines.
Singer/pianist Nicholas Cole has performed at Caesars Palace Las Vegas for the past seven years, and has headlined at Bally’s and many other venues. He was also one of the Top 30 contestants on “American Idol (Season 4).”
Jim Roberts entertains on piano, sings and appears as the headline act at several Southern California restaurants and nightclubs.
Singer/pianist Diana Li has a broad repertoire that encompasses everything from Popular Top 40 to Broadway/Disney to Jazz to Classical.
