Chef and restaurant owner Tom Colicchio said he will not give any more restaurants the Craft name, because he doesn’t want people to think of his restaurants as a chain. “I don’t see opening more Crafts in New York City or anywhere else in the U.S.,” said Colicchio, whose restaurants include Craftbar and Craftsteak. “The assumption is that it’s a chain, and that dilutes the brand.”
