The Nosh Bake Shop announces the Grand Opening of their online “made to order” bakery with modern flavors of Rugelach, including Red Velvet, Death by Chocolate, Cookies & Cream, and PB&J. We thought it was time to give these wonderful cookies “The Nosh” treatment by offering new and exciting flavors along with traditional standards, such as Cinnamon Raisin, Chocolate and Raspberry.
Rugelach are the perfect bite-sized pastry for any occasion. “This is not your average Jewish Bakery,” says The Nosh Bake Shop CEO Jason Kaplan. “I wanted to take the flavors of the old time bakeries I grew up with and elevate them for a new generation.”
Mr. Kaplan is a Johnson and Wales graduate. He has been a chef and has managed numerous restaurants all throughout the NY and NJ area. He is also the owner of JK Consulting, a restaurant and hospitality consulting company.
