Now Open: Asian Tapas

Asian Tapas, a distinctive new Asian restaurant, has opened at Woodbury Town Center in Irvine. Tapas are small dishes in Spain, and while every cuisine has a variation of tapas, Asian Tapas serves small dishes from different Asian Cultures with a concentration in Northern Chinese cuisine.

The Executive Chef of Asian Tapas is Roger Lee, the only five-star award-winning Chinese Cuisine Chef in Orange County , with an extensive career working at renowned restaurants in the greater Los Angeles area, Lee learned how to cook when he was a boy, as he grew up in his family’s restaurant business in Taiwan . Lee is also one of the few classically trained Chinese chefs.

Asian Tapas is open Monday through Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. and from 5 to 9 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday from 11:30 a.m. to 9 p.m.
