In celebration of National Grilled Cheese Month in April, OC Baking Company and Provisions Market will join forces to host The Big Cheese, Orange County’s first grilled cheese festival and competition. OC Baking Company Master Baker Dean Kim will supply locally produced freshly baked bread to top OC Chefs competing for the title of “The Big Cheese” on Monday, April 14th from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Provisions Market (143 N. Glassell Street, Orange, CA 92866).
The competition will include the following chefs as they present their own spin on the classic grilled cheese sandwich with guests voting on their favorite:

Tickets for the event must be purchased for $18 in advance through Brown Paper Tickets at http://thebigcheese.brownpapertickets.com. This event will be limited to 100 guests (tickets will be sold at the door, if capacity permits).
