Bison offers ORG guests a red meat that is low in cholesterol and calories while high in protein, vitamins, minerals and taste. And as always, ORG’s bison recipes are on par taste-wise with the rest of the restaurant’s mouthwatering offerings. The addition of more bison menu items stemmed from the popularity of the existing Roadhouse Bison Burger, which features 100% ground Bison meat, naturally lean and excellent natural flavors. Bison meat has more natural protein and iron than comparable beef burgers.
