Made from a delectable combination of tastes, the dish is created with crispy tempura shrimp, red and green bell peppers wok-tossed in Panda’s zesty, new citrus sauce. To celebrate this delicious entree Panda Express celebrated on March 9th with free Golden Treasure Shrimp Day.
