Jacques Pepin celebrated turning 75 and raised money for his new show, “The Essential Pepin,” with a multi-course dinner for 100 people. He still teaches, writes and hosts television shows, but says,” if you do what you love to while you’re here, then you’ll never have to work, because the work is pleasure.”
