The “Godfather of Hawaiian Cuisine,” Sam Choy’s Pineapple Express food truck launches new catering offerings providing the opportunity to bring an authentic Hawaiian luau experience home, to the office, or any special event just in time for the holidays.
Capable of accommodating up to 1,000 guests, the Pineapple Express luaus are reminiscent of those on the Islands with options that include whole pig roasts, tropical drinks and cocktails, as well as entertainment including hula and fire dancers, ukulele players, and more invoking a memorable “Island Way of Life” mentality to guests.
Dishes include The Pineapple Express Beef Sandwich, Sam’s Original Kalua Pork Sandwich made from 12-hour slow cooked Pork,Poke Sliders with Yuzu Pickles, and a “Maui Wowie” Chopped Salad served with Poke, Grilled Chicken, or Crispy Fish.
