Pinot Provence- Sommelier Fireside Dinner series- salutes fall with the debut of multiple wine programs in honor of the return to seasonal red wine. Beginning on September 25th, Costa Mesa’s celebrated culinary locale, presents Sommelier Fireside Dinner series which include a themed five-course menu by Executive Chef Alfonso Ramirez and hosted by a sommelier- guided wine tasting with Ji¶rn Kleinhans, founder of Wine Elite, California’s largest high-end wine appreciation forum. Occurring one Wednesday a month from September to November, these intimate dinners are designed to allow both wine novices and aficionados an opportunity to educate and expand their palates with carefully curated wines from such celebrated wine regions of Italy, Australia, California, and France among others, in a warm intimate setting, similar to a fireside chat.
Wine Wednesdays, featuring 25% off of all bottles with no restrictions and available all day, provides temptation for mid-week wine indulgence at Costa Mesa’s premiere French dining destination. If you can’t finish the bottle, the restaurant offers storing unfinished bottles for up to two days, or can seal them up for easy transportation to enjoy in the comfort of home.
