After four years of helping to define the exceptional culinary experience guests of SeaLegs Wine Bar have come to expect, Executive Chef Alexander Dale has stepped down from his role at Prjkt Restaurant Group to pursue his next adventure in Hawaii. We thank him for lending his talent and helping to create the fastest-growing wine bar in Southern California as well as the newly opened SeaSalt Woodfire Grill and four boardwalk concessions at Bolsa Chica State Beach.
We are delighted to announce that Prjkt Restaurant Group will continue to innovate, thanks to the continued culinary leadership of Chef Joel Gutierrez and Chef Tim Maher.
Chef Joel now will serve as the executive chef at SeaLegs Wine Bar. He previously held the sous chef role at both SeaLegs Wine Bar and SeaSalt Woodfire Grill and trained under Chef Alex.
Chef Tim, who joined Prjkt Restaurant Group to launch SeaSalt Woodfire Grill, is advancing to lead as its executive chef. Opened April 2016 in Huntington Beach, SeaSalt Woodfire Grill presents a seaside interpretation of Santa Maria-style barbecue. The menu features meat slow-grilled alongside seasonally fresh vegetables over an open redwood oak fire and topped with sea salt creations, blended in-house.
With the powerhouse combination of Chef Joel and Chef Tim, Prjkt Restaurant Group will continue to be known for modern interpretations of classic concepts that shake up the dining scene in Huntington Beach and beyond.
