Ruby”s Diner, the iconic retro diner that has tantalized diner’s palates with tasty burgers, milkshakes and all-natural ingredients for more than 31 years, is pleased to announce that it hasunveiled its newest concept -Ruby”s Dinette- on Tuesday, September 11th at Westfield Plaza Bonita, located at 3030 Plaza Bonita, National City, CA 91950. The new quick-serve eatery is located in the Plaza Bonita Courtyard and features a Mid-Century Modern decor with hues of bold reds, blues and yellows. Ruby”s Dinette will introduce Ruby”s fans to a new menu that gives a nod to its California heritage, including signature burgers and melts such as: the Build-A-Burger, made with All-Natural USDA Choice beef, lettuce, tomato and several sauces to choose from and served on a freshly-grilled artisanal bun; The Ensenada Burger, a spicy ensemble topped with a fried egg and The Peppadew and Portobello Melt. Diners will most certainly enjoy Ruby’s new Kale Caesar Salad and Hot Potato Chip Baskets, loaded with delicious toppings such as bacon and bleu cheese, as well as a wide selection of tasty classic Deluxe Milkshakes and Malts.
