Seasons 52 at South Coast Plaza, has announced that Hung Tram has been named the new executive chef partner and Harry Lucho has been appointed to the position of managing partner. Most recently, Tram has been training with the restaurant’s previous executive chef partner, Tim Kast, and Lucho has been working with the previous managing partner, Rikin Lakhani.
“It is my pleasure to welcome Hung and Harry to these management positions at Seasons 52 at South Coast Plaza – the very first Seasons 52 in California,” said Lakhani. “We know that with their high level of hospitality expertise, they will provide the best possible dining experience that our guests – new and returning – have come to enjoy.”
With close to 10 years of experience working in fine dining kitchens in Southern California, Chef Tram will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen management and operations at Seasons 52 at South Coast Plaza.
Lucho brings 14 years of restaurant management expertise to his new position, where he will be responsible for leading restaurant-level operations and supervising a team of managers and team members.
