Seasons 52, the highly-acclaimed fresh grill and wine bar restaurant at South Coast Plaza, will introduce its new winter menu on December 20. Inspired by ingredients that are most abundant during the season, guests at this casually sophisticated eatery will be able to enjoy these menu items (none over 475 calories), sip a glass of one of the 60 wines offered by the class, while enjoying piano entertainment in the evenings.
“From hearty root vegetables such as butternut squash and golden beets, to delectable fruits such as grapefruit and pear, Seasons 52’s winter menu is full of refined flavors,” said Cliff Pleau, Senior Director of Culinary. “By utilizing natural cooking techniques, such as wood-fire grilling, brick-oven cooking and roasting, winter’s freshest produce is highlighted in delicious, warming dishes.”
Guests will delight in new winter menu items prepared by Chef Tim Kast, including:
Organic Tomato Stack Salad – with arugula, blue cheese, chopped bacon and a balsamic glaze
Grilled Venison Chop on Venison & Mushroom Ragout – with truffle mashed potatoes
Farmer’s Market Vegetable Plate – with roasted Bosc pears, butternut squash, grilled tofu and almond tabbouleh
