Smashburger, named after its own proprietary process of smashing, seasoning and searing each burger, is set to open its first Orange County location in Mission Viejo in November with an Aliso Viejo location opening in December.
Every Orange County Smashburger restaurant features a regional menu created with local flavors and tastes in mind. The Aliso Viejo menu includes: The OC Smashburger 100-percent Certified Angus Beef burger topped with grilled sauteed mushrooms, grilled onions, baby arugula, aged Swiss cheese and truffle mayo on an egg bun.
The L.A. Smashburger 100-percent Certified Angus Beef burger topped with crispy wonton, fried egg, cilantro, cucumber, lettuce, tomato and Japanese steakhouse ginger dressing on a black and white sesame seed bun.
Smashburger also offers a wide selection of other fast casual entrees, including tender marinated grilled or crispy chicken sandwiches, black bean and veggie burgers, and fresh-tossed signature salads.
