Innovative Dining Group’s casual downtown Los Angeles bistro, Soleto Trattoria & Pizza Bar, announces a new menu, featuring a variety of warm-weather inspired dishes that showcase California ingredients with Italian heart and soul. The new additions offer guests an escape to Italy in the heart of downtown, and include a number of interpretations on classic favorites. Menu highlights include mussels cooked with Peroni beer, a burger made with half-beef and half-Italian sausage, an affogato dessert with cappuccino and gianduja gelatos, chantilly cream, and espresso, and a “bigger is better” pizza that begs to be shared: Il Gigantesco. The impressive 28-inch, $40 “Big Z” pie, served in either 16 or 32 slices, accommodates the tastes of up to four different pizza lovers; each allotted a quarter-pie for their toppings.

DaBecca bacon, frisee, sunnyside egg, and mustard vinaigrette

cranberries, apples, Grana Padano, hazelnuts, and white balsamic citrus vinaigrette
Bacon Mac & Cheese
smoked mozzarella, broccolini, sundried tomatoes, and baby spinach
Soleto 50/50 Burger
natural ground beef & Italian sausage blend with bacon, crispy onions, and boss sauce

P3 Pulled Pork Pizza
smoked mozzarella, jalapeños, cilantro, and red onion
Affogato Supreme
