South Coast Kitchen Changes at Patina

Patina Restaurant Group announced a new Executive Chef has accepted a position at Leatherby’s Cafe Rouge in Costa Mesa. Don Schoenburg will be taking over the management of the kitchen and will supervise the summer and fall special events and the re-opening of the eatery October 1. Chef LuLu (Lauren DeRouen) is on her way to France for some advanced training and upon her return will take over the kitchen at Pinot Provence that is presently being managed by Corporate Executive Chef David Feau.
