Backed by a nine-piece band and his “Dirty Virgins” dancers, Matt Goss has been headlining the hottest show in Vegas for the past six years in The Gossy Room at Caesars Palace. Goss will bring his trademark old Hollywood charm and new school cool to Spaghettini on the third Thursday of every month-a night when it will be impossible to be too dressed up. The crooner’s signature “MGM” (Matt Goss Martini) and MG Fish & Chips-in honor of his hometown of London-will be mainstays on the restaurant’s menu year-round.
With jazz as the restaurant’s DNA, resident and guest musicians will run the gamut of genres appealing to the sophisticated adult. Other new “Rat Pack” members will include actor and musician John Stamos, R&B singer/songwriter Eric Benet, jazz vocalist Ariana Savalas, Danish-American contemporary saxophonist Michael Lington, modern jazz singer/songwriter Spencer Day, up-and-coming saxophonist Vincent Ingala (during Sunday brunch), among others. Each star will also have a special signature dish crafted by Executive Chef Scott Howard, as well as a cocktail named after them, on the night of their respective performances.
