July 16 marked a milestone for Specialty Restaurant Group as they closed on their latest restaurant to join the group – Guaymas in Tiburon, CA, a Mexican eatery is number 26 in their collection of fine restaurants.
Chef Jason Pena most recently at Orange Hill Restaurant has been promoted to the Western Regional Chef position and will be working closely with Director of Culinary, David Locke to review and update (as needed) all of the local menus.July 2008
