Born and raised in Sweden, Chef Conny Andersson began his career as an apprentice on a passenger liner in Gothenburg, Sweden. For 19 years until 2007, he held Executive Chef positions at various Four Seasons properties across the globe – including Los Angeles, the West Indies, the Maldives and Bali – and winning reputable awards and accolades along the way. An expert in European cuisine, he also has a background in fine dining catering service specialising in exclusive events.
