Marche Moderne is offering a seasonal menu that showcases chef-proprietor, Florent Marneau’s modern interpretation of a fall classic, choucroute (sauerkraut) as a tribute to Alsace, one of the most celebrated regions of France. Enjoy a celebration of pork cooked nine different ways. The seasonal menu will be offered from October 11th to November 11th. The price for one or “en cocotte”is$30 and $55 for two. Beers and wines from Alsace, Belgium and the U.S. wil be available to complement the menu.
