The Sonoma County Harvest Fair Comes to Town!

356

Friday, Saturday and Sunday, September 30 through October 2 is the Sonoma County Harvest Fair. It’s a three-day celebration of the bountiful Sonoma County and Wine Country lifestyle with chef demonstrations, delicious cuisine, wine tasting and sales (all three days), wine seminars, an art exhibition and sale, ongoing jazz performances, the World Championship Grape Stomp (more than a dozen qualifying stomps), microbrew tasting (Saturday only), and farm and harvest agricultural activities for children and adults.

Many olive oils and other Sonoma County Harvest Fair Professional Food Competition winners will be serving two-ounce tastings Saturday and Sunday, October 1 and 2 at the Harvest Fair Wine Pavilion, alongside the wine tastes being poured. Tickets for the wine tastings are $12 for a glass and four taste tickets, and also entitle fair-goers to one food taste per ticket. Additional tickets can be purchased for $2.50 each or four for $8.

All wine tasting events at the Sonoma County Harvest Fair require ticket holders to be 21 years of age or older. Proof of age will be required. Come out for a tasty weekend! Posted By: Ashley Nicole 8/8/2011
