-Cinnamon Roll Sundae (Country Fair Cinnamon Rolls): Hot, fresh cinnamon roll topped with cream cheese frosting, vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, chocolate sauce & walnuts
-Koolickle (Pickle O’ Pete’s): Kool-Aid infused pickle
-Cream Cheese On a Stick (Hot Dog On a Stick): Stick of cream cheese that has been battered and fried and served on a 
-Cuban Fusion Burger (Grant’s Tasti Burgers): Pork sausage burger patty with smoked ham, tomato, sliced pickles, spicy mayo, mustard and Swiss cheese on a ciabatta roll.
-Deep-Fried Avocado Taco (Noel’s Mexican Food): Deep-fried avocado with cabbage, onions, cilantro, tomato and creamy chipotle sauce in a warm corn tortilla
-Deep-Fried Birthday Cake (Apple Fries): Yellow cake bathed in a sweet batter, deep fried and topped with handmade whipped cream and colorful sprinkles
-Deep-Fried Corn on the Cob (Wild Hog – Chuckwagon): Half an ear of corn on a skewer that is covered in a seasoned batter and fried
-Totally Fried Peanut Butter Pickle (Chicken Charlie’s): A peanut butter filled pickle is coated in a corn dog batter and deep-fried on a stick
-Deep-Fried Pizza (Apple Fries): Slice of pizza (pepperoni or cheese) dipped in a zesty beer batter, deep fried and served with a side of ranch dressing
-Deep-Fried Slim Fast (Chicken Charlie’s): Slim Fast diet bar battered in a sweet batter, deep fried and topped with chocolate sauce and powdered sugar
-Deep-Fried Coffee (Bacon A-Fair): Ground coffee inside a fried doughnut ball
-Fireball Donut (Texas Donuts): Large donut topped with sliced bananas, whipped cream and caramel infused with Fireball Whisky
-Frosted Flake Chicken Fingers (Pickle O’ Pete’s): Chicken fingers coated in Frosted Flakes cereal then deep fried
-Funnel Cake Burger (Juicys): A cheeseburger sandwiched between two funnel cake buns
-Funnel Cake Weenie (Juicys): A sausage housed in a funnel cake batter on a stick, served with warm maple syrup
