“Toasted Santa,” TAPS first holiday-winter ale created expressly for the season by Brewmaster Victor Novak and the Brew Crew, is available December 1st. The beer, imbued with a mellow gingerbread character, is full-bodied, malty and spiced with ground ginger and cinnamon. A touch of black strap molasses lends a hint of anise and enhances its deep reddish-brown color.
Now through December 30th TAPS is partnering with the Heart of Downtown Food Bank for the fourth consecutive holiday season. Guests who bring in a $25 or more gift card to Ralphs will receive a TAPS Sunday Brunch Extravaganza certificate worth $36. The Food Bank will use the cards to purchase proteins often in short supply at food banks.
