White Peach Bellini
1 part White Peach Perfect Puree
¾ part Giffard Crème De Peche or Peachtree Peach Liqueur
3 dashes Grapefruit Bitters
4 parts Piper Sparkling Wine
In a mixing glass, add white peach puree, peach liquor, bitters and ice. Shake with a Boston Shaker to mix. Strain into champagne glass, top with sparkling wine.
Garnish: 2 slices of white peach
