24 carrots, known as Southern California’s top trendsetter in the catering and events industry, has today announced the appointment of Ashley Santo Domingo as Executive Chef. Ashley joins the innovative team at 24 carrots to bring her unparalleled, award-winning food creations to the discerning clients from brides to corporations – who trust 24 carrots to deliver the absolute finest in catering. Prior to her role at 24 carrots, Chef Ashley competed on season 9 of Bravo’s Top Chef, and was nominated for the James Beard’s Rising Star Chef in the Pacific Northwest in 2008.
Chef Ashley’s diverse experience and quick rise to prominence has marked her as a top young culinary talent. In her native Seattle, she experienced humble beginnings at Ray’s Boathouse Catering, rising from intern to sous chef in just three years. She then worked at a variety of top restaurants and caterers alongside notable mentors who helped diversify her skills. This includes Michelin Award-winning master chef and restaurateur Terrance Brennan the driving force behind the famed Artisanal Fromagerie Bistro and Wine Bar in New York.
In her role as Executive Chef at 24 carrots, Chef Ashley will partner with Creative Art Director, Arpi Torosyan to create and evolve the memorable appetizers, dishes, and desserts from the company that have been ruling the Pinterest boards and wedding blogs. In addition to catering events, Chef Ashley will oversee the menus at 24 carrots’ numerous bistros across Orange County.
