Umami Burger recently revealed a brand new signature at their Costa Mesa location. The new creation, dubbed the Samurai Burger, features two juicy pork patties seasoned with house-made teriyaki sauce and topped with pickled ginger, scallions, ginger curry sauce and toasted sesame seeds, all atop a toasted signature Umami bun. The burger will be a permanent item on the Costa Mesa menu and will only be available at that location.
