Vacumet Corp., manufacturer of metallized papers has announced its launch of new compostable metallized packaging papers. The new papers are tested and certified to be biodegradable in a managed composting facility, meeting ASTM D-6868 standards.
Offering an environmentally sound alternative to foil, foil laminated papers, and metallized films, the new papers are ideal for sandwich wraps and bags as well as pouching for multiple applications. The papers are available in a wide range of weights and functional performance characteristics.
