June 30 marked the grand opening celebration forVersai The Wine Barin Yorba Linda. Hundreds of guests turned out to support owner Robert Sarai (pictured above with Publicist Rene Redjaian) and sample global wines and hors d’oeuvres. The wine bar was built next door to Fitness Pizza & Grill, the restaurant Sarai has owned and operated for nearly 20 years. Versai shares a kitchen with Fitness Pizza, but each restaurant will exist as a separate entity and maintain two completely different menus. Cheers, Versai!
