Wood Ranch BBQ & Grill has set their opening date! On Monday, October 3, the restaurant dubbed "Best Barbecue in Southern California" by the Los Angeles Times will open at Irvine Spectrum Center next to Edwards Theaters.
The new restaurant will offer a premium-casual American menu featuring award-winning barbecue for both lunch and dinner. Menu items include Certified Angus Beef steaks, prime rib and burgers; slow-roasted, mesquite-grilled tri tip roasts; Premium American Baby Back ribs; Carolina pulled pork; and locally-raised fresh chicken. Fresh fish such as Idaho trout and salmon will also be on the menu, as well as numerous unique salads and desserts. Stay awhile and enjoy the full bar with an extensive list of reasonably-priced wine or choose the convenient take-out or catering services. And for the kids, Wood Ranch offers an award-winning and entertaining children's menu.
