Iconic restaurant brand Tony Roma’s has launched a new restaurant concept in Orlando, Florida called TR Fire Grill. The plan is to expand this concept throughout the U.S.
Different from the Tony Roma’s brand, TR Fire Grill appeals to millennials with locally-sourced food, hand-crafted cocktails and a hipster atmosphere. The meats are fresh, never frozen, they’re hand-cut and smoked in the restaurant daily. The liquors, like pisco and bourbon, are aged in wooden barrels at the bar.
With Tony Roma’s, the focus recently has been international expansion with the restaurant now located on six continents. TR Fire Grill brings the focus back to expanding in the U.S., and trying to grab those millennial diners who are looking for a more unique restaurant experience. The second TR Fire Grill is planned for Winter Park in summer 2015 and other plans are in the works.
