Panini Kabob Grill, previously known as Panini Café, a popular and fast-growing concept in Los Angeles and Orange County, just opened in April 2018 next to Burke Williams Spa in a new space off Crown Valley Parkway at Kaleidoscope in Mission Viejo. Known for its fresh and Mediterranean-inspired menu, Panini Café will serve breakfast, lunch and dinner daily. The breakfast menu offers eggs, omelettes, breakfast sandwiches, French toast, espresso drinks and more. Lunch and dinner items include grilled panini sandwiches, kabobs with a choice of grilled chicken, filet, lamb or fish skewered with tomatoes and peppers, salads, and an array of Mediterranean appetizers. Panini Café will also serve select beer and wine.
