Royal – Hollywood owners Joshua Kopel and Mark Egland, owners of the popular NOLA inspired Preux & Proper in Downtown Los Angeles, opened their newest concept, Royal (formerly Five0Four) in May 2015. They offer Angelenos a taste of New Orleans with po’boys and craft cocktails. Named after the well-known Royal Street in the New Orleans French Quarter, Royal will capture the ‘elegant decay of NOLA with treated brick accents, hanging distressed window panes that border the outdoor patio, and a living wall creating an intimate open-air setting.
